At Sticky Business Co., we want you to love your order. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged by our small family-owned business.
Returns
Because stickers, card skins, and sticker packs are small specialty products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting an item.
Custom and personalized products are final sale. This includes custom stickers, custom card skins, and other products made using artwork, images, sizing, or specifications supplied or approved by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- A clear photo showing the issue
We'll review the problem and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, spelling, sizing, orientation, and other customization details before submitting an order.
Colors displayed on screens can vary slightly from the finished printed product due to differences in monitors, devices, printing, materials, and finishes.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork or custom requests that we cannot legally or reasonably produce.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production, been printed, cut, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

All Sticky Business Co. orders are prepared and shipped from Southern California, USA.
Processing Times
We work hard to get orders prepared as quickly as possible. Processing time varies depending on the product and order size.
Custom stickers and custom card skins may require additional production time because they are made specifically for you.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $35+ where advertised and eligible. The qualifying order amount is calculated according to the promotion shown on our website and at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Some economy shipping methods may have limited tracking compared with standard package tracking.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Sticky Business Co. reserves the right to decline or cancel a custom order if we believe the submitted material cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

If we cancel a paid order, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
